Founder/Owner/Physical Therapist
Daniel graduated from Touro College as Valedictorian of his class. He also received the Highest Clinical Honor. His passion for physical therapy began with his extensive time as a patient while rehabbing from two separate ACL Reconstruction Surgeries. Daniel enjoys treating all patient populations, ranging from balance and fall prevention to high-level athletes, and approaches each with a personalized approach.
Daniel is Titleist Performance (TPI) Level 1 certified and enjoys working with golfers of all skill levels and ages to improve efficiency and prevent recurrent injuries allowing individuals to lengthen their golf participation! As an avid golfer and sports fan, Dan enjoys forming a team-like alliance and working towards a common goal. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Does my insurance cover this?
Home Physio provides In-Network Care for those insured by federal programs (ie. Medicare). For Those with private insurance services are provided Out-of-Network (Cash-Based) with documentation provided so individuals can seek reimbursement from their insurance company!
Do I Need a Prescription?
Those insured by Medicare DO need a referral from a Medical Doctor and recieve care through Medicare Part-B. Individuals with private insurance DO NOT require referrals. Call for more information on this!
What do you treat?
Everything from Post-Operative, Managing Chronic Conditions, Vertigo, Sports Injuries, Weekend Warriors, Balance/Gait and Functional Strengthening.
How much does it cost for appointments?
We provide a set evaluation fee for the initial session, this allows us to understand your current presentation and thus make our reccomendation on number of visits and frequency! Following plan of care recommendations, follow-up visits are able to be scheduled in packages to reduce cost!
